| Anna Paquin, a New Zealand-Canadian actress and film theater actor, is most well-known for roles such as The PianoFly Away from Home as well as X-Men. Her first foray into the field at the age of eleven when she appeared in The Piano for which she was awarded the Oscar Award for best actress as a support role. Her fate had other plans. In the aftermath of her breakout performance in her debut film she received many offers which she declined in order to focus on her studies.
